Who joined our team?

We are growing and getting stronger as we are adding two experienced and award-winning creatives to Deloitte Digital – Magdalena Drozdowska and Mateusz Książek, who will join the Strategy + Creative team, headed by Michał Owczarek, as creative directors.

Deloitte Digital will enable us to combine technology with conceptual and strategic thinking – explains Magda. Today every campaign has to be backed up with technology, says Mateusz, but everything should always begin with the brand, people, their needs, not the tools. For the past years we have been mainly involved in digital campaigns, but what we bring to Deloitte Digital is also our ATL experience which proves very useful in campaigns using video or photography, Magda adds.

Magdalena and Mateusz come to us from DDB&tribal, where they worked for 6 years, including 2 years as Deputy Creative Directors. They have been in the industry for several years, eight cooperating as a very successful team. Their portfolio includes Cannes, Eurobest and Golden Drum-awarded campaigns including “Rozkład Jazdy” (Timetable) and Chalkboard Menu for McDonald’s, “Sztuka jakiej nikt nie widział” (A Play that You’ve Never Seen) for Audiodeskrypcja Foundation and Park&Drive for Volkswagen. They have also done campaigns for brands such as Algida, Allegro, PZU, McDonald’s, Renault, Biedronka, Mercedes-Benz, Coca-Cola and Lech. Their experience covers ATL, BTL as well as digital and mobile.

The creative team in Łódź is represented by creative director Ewa Trzewikowska (who joined the agency from Havas Worldwide in 2014), and artistic directors Dominik Jankowski and Piotr Kacprzak.
