As a member of EMEA Online Maintenance Team, you will:


  • Liaise between the brands, creative services, and engineering to ensure open communication and efficient workflow between front- and back-end
  • Provide clear communication between client teams in EMEA region, with focus on escalation and risk management
  • Monitor, assess and implement the agreed change control processes where required
  • Produce clear project/ support documentation, defining priorities and expectations
  • Ensure consistency of work, punctuality of deliverables and overall adherence to strategy in regards to maintenance procedures and enhancement projects
  • Take ownership forassigned deliverables and proactively manage them to timely completion (escalating when appropriate)
  • Foster collaboration and open exchange of knowledge among team members


To qualify for the role you must:


  • Have at least 1 year of proven experience of working in an extensive Online / E-commerce environment
  • Demonstrate ability to use effective questioning techniques to analyze and solve problems
  • Be able to learn new systems and skills and provide training support to the client teams where needed
  • Understand technical and creative aspects of projects
  • Have an appreciation for web technology (HTML / CSS)
  • Be able to define priorities and set realistic milestones
  • Be able to manage maintenance issues on a day to day basis in a deadline oriented environment
  • Have inquisitive mindset and aptitude for problem-solving
